Purchase of a standing industrial investment comprising approximately 30,000 square feet of industrial accommodation in a terrace of four units along with surplus development land. The three tenants were consulted on their continuing occupational space requirements. As a result, pre-lets were agreed with one of the tenants for a new purpose built manufacturing and warehouse facility in two separate buildings. Their existing space was re-let by L.E.A. The estate was purchased in August 2000 and construction on the development land commenced in September of that year. The two 10,000 square foot units were completed in June 2001 and occupied immediately.
