Construction of a 1,990 square metre (21,420 square feet) high office content bio-technology production and warehouse facility for Sigma-Genosys Limited, part of the Sigma Aldrich US and worldwide scientific research supplies company.

Sigma-Genosys wanted a bespoke production, office and warehouse facility to suit their very special requirements. The building ultimately constructed is tailored to their needs, including fit-out works by L.E.A, consisted of fume extract systems, climate control systems and elements of office fit out and furnishing.

Construction commenced on the 22nd July 2002, as a greenfield site. The practical completion date for the main structure was 31st January 2003, allowing a further two-month period for the developer to carry out the occupier's fit-out works.

Sigma-Genosys have finished their fitting out and have been occupying the building since August 2003.
